- Unlimited referral for other professional support
- Dedicated psychological helpline
- Comprehensive Wellness Needs Assessment
- Quarterly learning sessions for staff and external clients.
- Design of EAP Policy.
Silver PLAN
ANNUAL PREMIUM
- Comprehensive Wellness Needs Assessment
- Design of EAP Policy.
- Dedicated Toll-free helpline
- Three (3) sessions of virtual or in-person Psychological evaluation, counselling, and therapy on personal and workplace issues for staff.
- EAP orientation for staff and management team
- Corporate documents covering quarterly and annual reports, utilization data and recommendations (Note that user’s personal information is withheld for confidential purposes).
- Quarterly learning sessions.
- 1 case of Critical Incident Intervention, Escalation and De-escalation support
- Unlimited referral for other professional support
Gold PLAN
ANNUAL PREMIUM
This plan covers everything included in the Silver plan plus:
- Six (6) sessions of virtual or in-person Psychological evaluation, counselling, and therapy on personal and workplace issues for staff.
- Set-up up and support for selected company EAP Champions via our virtual platform.
- 2 cases of Critical Incident Intervention, Escalation and De-escalation support
- Offboarding and post-retirement support
- Bespoke support groups
DIAMOND PLAN
ANNUAL PREMIUM
This plan covers everything included in the Gold plan plus:
- Psychological evaluation, Counselling, and Therapy (Six (6) virtual sessions and in-person sessions) for ANY member of the nuclear family (one spouse and up to 4 children)
